Affiliates must promote Finotive only through lawful, ethical, and authorised marketing channels, including websites, social media, and approved platforms.
Affiliates must comply with Finotive’s branding guidelines, marketing materials, promotional standards, internal policies, and applicable laws. Affiliates must not make false, misleading, exaggerated, unverifiable, or unauthorised financial claims about Finotive or the Services.
Affiliates must not impersonate Finotive, misrepresent their relationship with Finotive, use spam, bots, deceptive promotional tactics, or make misleading promises of financial gain to referrals.
