Affiliates must not bid on Finotive-branded keywords in paid search campaigns. This includes PPC activity that targets Finotive’s name, trademarks, or brand terms.
Under the Affiliate Agreement, the first PPC violation may result in a 7-day warning notice requiring the affiliate to remove the offending campaign. A second offence may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of all commission.
Affiliates should avoid any paid advertising that may mislead users into believing the affiliate is Finotive, an official Finotive website, or an official Finotive support channel.
