Approved affiliates receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Finotive trademarks, logos, and promotional assets solely for participation in the Affiliate Program.
Affiliates must not alter Finotive branding, register domain names or social media profiles using Finotive’s name or trademarks, or use Finotive branding in a way that damages Finotive’s reputation or misleads the public.
Affiliate branding rights end when affiliate participation ends. If an affiliate is terminated, they must stop promotional activities and remove Finotive-branded content.
