Affiliate promotion is based on lifetime New Client targets. Gold affiliates can move to Platinum by referring 50 New Clients. Platinum affiliates can move to Diamond by referring 100 New Clients.
Performance is also reviewed on a rolling 30-day window. Diamond affiliates may move down to Platinum if they refer fewer than 40 New Clients in the last 30 days. Platinum affiliates may move down to Gold if they refer fewer than 20 New Clients in the last 30 days.
The New Joining Affiliate Agreement says that once an affiliate reaches a higher tier, their assigned client discount code rate is locked at that higher tier rate permanently. The Existing Partner Agreement also states that if an existing partner is demoted, their assigned client discount code remains locked at the highest tier achieved, ensuring referrals receive the best available discount.
Existing partners may regain a previous tier by hitting the relevant promotion targets again.
