Either Finotive or the affiliate may terminate the Affiliate Agreement without cause by giving 7 days’ written notice.
Finotive may terminate an affiliate immediately if the affiliate engages in fraud, illegal conduct, self-referral, breaches Finotive policies, breaches PPC rules, or has no New Client acquisitions for more than 90 calendar days.
After termination, the affiliate must stop promotional activities and remove Finotive-branded content. If terminated for cause, the affiliate’s discount code may remain active, but the affiliate forfeits the right to further commissions.
