Genuine feedback means answering the questions with enough detail that the product team can act on it. Explaining which rule you would change and why, or how the product compared with a standard Finotive plan you have traded, is useful.
Single-word or generic submissions such as good, nice plan, or I like it do not meet the bar and will not qualify for the reward coupon.
Duplicate submissions, spam, and irrelevant responses are also rejected.
