What happens after a LaunchPad experiment finishes?

Explains the review and decision lifecycle.

Once sales close, accounts continue through evaluation, funded status, and Reward Payment cycles, and Finotive monitors the experiment against its success measures.

Product, Risk, Finance, and Operations then review revenue, Reward Payments, customer feedback, trading behaviour, and operational impact. Early reviews are indicative only, because funded Reward Payment liability continues to develop over time.

The decision that follows is one of four outcomes.

  • Scale: increase availability or launch it as a permanent product.

  • Iterate: launch a revised version as a new LaunchPad experiment.

  • Graduate: move successful elements into Finotive's main product range.

  • Retire: close the experiment and not continue it.
