Because the limit is a margin limit, it applies at order entry. If the free margin on the account is not sufficient for the position, the position cannot be opened.
Breaching Notional Volume on Challenge phase = 1 Strike and Restart
Breaching Notional Volume in Funded phase = 10% Reward Payment payment for that payout cycle.
