The calculation uses total positive realised profit, so losing trades do not lower the percentage. To bring it below 60%, you need additional positive realised profit from closed trades on other symbols, or on the same symbol in the opposite direction, before you submit your request.
Example: your total positive realised profit is $1,000, and $700 of it came from long EURUSD trades. That is 70%, so the condition is active. If further winning trades on other symbols take total positive realised profit to $1,400 while long EURUSD profit stays at $700, the share falls to 50% and the condition is no longer active.
