How does the payout process work?

All payouts are handled through Finotive Pay, our in-house payments system. Before your first withdrawal, you’ll need to link your Finotive Pay account to your Finotive Funding Dashboard. This ensures your profit splits flow seamlessly into your wallet.

Here’s how it works step by step:

1. Funded Status & Eligibility

   • Reach funded status (or purchase Instant Funding).

   • Complete any required Minimum Profitable Days for your account type.

   • Close all trades before submitting your payout request.
     

2. Requesting a Payout

   • Log into your Trader Dashboard.

   • Go to the Payout Request section and submit your withdrawal.

   • The minimum request amount is $10 (or equivalent).
     

3. Approval Speed

   • Around 90% of payout requests are approved within seconds.

   • If your request is flagged for review (for example due to compliance or trading activity checks), it will be manually reviewed. We aim to complete these reviews within 24 hours.
     

4. Transfer to Finotive Pay

   • Once approved, your payout is instantly credited to your Finotive Pay balance.

   • You’ll be notified when funds are available.
     

5. Choose Your Withdrawal Method
   From Finotive Pay, you can withdraw via:

   • Bank Wire (to your bank account)

   • Revolut (to your Revolut account)

   • Cryptocurrency (to your wallet)
     

6. Verification & Compliance

   • Finotive reserves the right to delay or withhold payouts if non-compliance, suspicious activity, or breaches are suspected.

7. Processing Times

   • All payouts are handled on a strict weekly schedule — every Friday. Once your payout is approved, funds are credited to your Finotive Pay account instantly. Finotive Pay will process all withdrawals every Friday.

Why this matters:

• Consistency – You always know exactly when payouts will arrive. No waiting around or guessing.

• Fairness – All traders, regardless of region or account type, are paid on the same weekly cycle.

• Transparency – A fixed schedule eliminates confusion about processing times and ensures payouts are never “delayed until further notice”.

• Trading Freedom – Unlike many firms, we don’t lock your account during payout processing — you can continue trading while your withdrawal is being handled.

From Finotive Pay, you then decide how to move funds: crypto (fastest), Revolut, or bank wire.

Remember: Around 90% of requests are approved instantly. If flagged, manual reviews are resolved within 24 hours, still ensuring your payout is included in that Friday’s cycle. Payouts need to be withdrawn from Finotive Pay before 23:59 CET on Thursday to be included in Fridays payment run.
