Refunds with Finotive depend on when you cancel and the type of account you’ve purchased.
1. Cooling-Off Period
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of purchase, but only if:
No trades have been placed on the account,
You haven’t accessed the Dashboard or MT5 beyond basic registration, and
Your KYC verification is complete.
Requests must be made by email from your registered address to support@finotivefunding.com. Refunds are always returned to the original payment method. If you’ve already traded, the right to cancel expires.
2. Exclusions (No Refunds)
No refunds will be granted if:
You have already placed trades,
Your account is closed for a Hard or Soft Breach,
You voluntarily cancel after trading has started,
You fail to meet Challenge/Pro objectives,
You purchased an Instant Funding account (fees are final and non-refundable outside the cooling-off period).
3. Processing Timeline
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 14 business days. Please note:
FX or crypto conversion costs are the trader’s responsibility.
Refunds cannot be redirected to another wallet or account.
