The dashboard was built after extensive trader feedback. More than 21,000 survey completions showed that traders wanted clearer visibility before payout review, especially around rules and review checks that could affect payout outcomes.
Previously, many traders only learned about certain review concerns after submitting a payout request. The dashboard brings these metrics into view earlier so traders can make informed decisions before requesting payout.
Example: if a recoverable metric is active, a trader may be able to continue trading in a compliant way and improve the metric before requesting payout, instead of discovering the issue only during review.
