The dashboard is meant to improve visibility. It should not be read as a ban on normal trading styles.
It does not mean you cannot trade Gold / XAUUSD.
It does not mean you cannot trade during the Asian session.
It does not mean stop losses are mandatory.
It does not mean you must trade 50% buys and 50% sells.
It does not mean every visible metric automatically reduces your payout.
It does not mean recoverable dashboard metrics create Strikes during the Challenge phase.
Each metric has its own threshold, account-stage treatment, and consequence. Always check the rule-specific article before making trading or payout decisions.
