Do not panic and do not immediately request payout while you are unsure what the metric means.
Check the account stage: Challenge, Pro Challenge, Funded, or Instant.
Check whether the rule is recoverable, warning-based, immediate, or a Hard Breach.
If the metric is recoverable, continue only with normal, compliant trading decisions. Do not place artificial trades just to change a number.
If you are close to payout and unsure, contact Support before submitting the payout request.
Example: if a recoverable liquidity metric is active, you may be able to reduce the percentage by generating additional realised profit outside the low-liquidity window before requesting payout.
