If you are unsure about a red or warning metric, the safest approach is to ask Support before requesting payout. You can contact Support via, Live Chat, Discord, Telegram or Email, and were available 24/7.
Some metrics are Conditional Strike conditions. That means the Strike is not applied simply because the dashboard displays the metric, but it may apply if you request payout while the condition remains active.
Example: if scalping, one-sided symbol concentration, liquidity abuse, or single-trade dependency remains active at payout on a Funded / Instant account, the 10% reduced payout consequence can apply under the relevant rule.
