An account refresh is a paid option that may allow an eligible funded Challenge or funded Pro account to restart under fresh account conditions if the option is available in the Dashboard and the account meets the required criteria.
An account reset restarts an account from its Initial Account Balance and resets relevant performance metrics. Under the trading rules, a reset is mainly used as an enforcement consequence when the Notional Volume Limit is breached during the Challenge or Pro Challenge phase.
Available add-ons may include Swap-Free and Weekend Holding. Add-ons do not remove the general account rules.
