No. Strike count carries forward and accumulates across payout cycles. Some per-cycle rule calculations may reset after each payout cycle, but Strikes do not.
For Challenge and Pro accounts, Strike history is cleared when the account reaches Funded Status, provided five Strikes have not already accumulated.
Example: if an Instant Funding account has 2 cumulative Strikes and a payout is processed, the next payout cycle may reset certain per-cycle metrics, but the Strike count remains 2.
