The Weekend Holding rule applies to Instant Funding accounts only. Instant Funding traders must close all non-crypto positions before the Friday market close at 17:00:00 New York Time unless the Weekend Holding Add-On is active.
Challenge and Pro accounts are NOT subject to this specific Instant Funding weekend holding rule, but weekend market risk still applies.
On Instant accounts without the add-on, holding a non-crypto position over the weekend is an Immediate Strike and can reduce payout to 10% for the relevant cycle.
