Yes, copying trades across your own accounts may be allowed if the accounts are genuinely yours and the strategy is controlled by you.
However, you must not use multiple accounts to hedge, offset, neutralise exposure, manipulate drawdown, or manipulate performance metrics.
Example: copying your own EURUSD buy from your own external broker account to your own Finotive account may be acceptable if you control the master account and strategy. Using one account to buy EURUSD and another to sell EURUSD to neutralise risk is not allowed.
