Finotive may monitor IP addresses, device identifiers, login timestamps, and location data to detect account sharing, multiple users accessing one account, multiple accounts using the same device or network, suspicious location changes, or cross-account abuse.
You must not use VPNs, proxies, iCloud Private Relay, remote desktops, or similar tools to hide or mask your true location when completing KYC, Enhanced KYC, or using Finotive in a way that prevents location and account-control verification.
If you travel and trade from another location, this is not automatically a breach. If the account is flagged for unusual activity, you may be asked to explain the situation.
