Unjustified chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversals are not allowed and may be treated as a Hard Breach. This can lead to account termination, forfeiture of fees, permanent exclusion, and reporting to payment processors or authorities.
Example: if a trader purchases an account, accesses the service, places trades, and then files an unjustified payment dispute instead of contacting Finotive, the account may be treated as a chargeback breach and closed without refund or payout.
