A promo code or affiliate code may not work for several reasons.
the code has expired;
the code has been withdrawn;
the code is not valid for the selected product;
the code cannot be combined with another offer;
the code is linked to an affiliate benefit you are not eligible to use;
you are trying to use affiliate benefits through more than one profile;
the code was entered incorrectly or applied after checkout was completed.
If you believe a code should work, contact Support before completing your purchase. Once payment is completed, Finotive may not be able to apply a code retrospectively unless expressly approved.
