Finotive may grant approved affiliates a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to use Finotive trademarks, logos, and promotional assets solely for participation in the Affiliate Program.
Affiliates must not alter Finotive branding, modify Finotive intellectual property, register domain names using Finotive’s name or trademarks, create social media profiles that incorporate Finotive’s name or trademarks, or use Finotive branding in a way that damages Finotive’s reputation or misleads the public.
