The affiliate relationship can be ended by either party by giving 7 days’ written notice.
Finotive may terminate an affiliate immediately in certain cases, including fraud, illegal conduct, self-referral, breach of Finotive policies, breach of PPC rules, or no New Client acquisitions for over 90 calendar days.
Upon termination, the affiliate must stop promotional activity and remove Finotive-branded content.
If terminated for cause, the affiliate may forfeit the right to further commissions. The discount code may remain active, but commission rights may be removed.
