If an affiliate breaches the Affiliate Agreement, Finotive may take action depending on the nature of the breach.
Possible consequences may include warnings, commission non-payment, commission forfeiture, dashboard restrictions, termination from the Affiliate Program, removal of promotional permissions, removal of branding rights, and legal or indemnity claims where applicable.
Affiliates are responsible for their own promotional activity and may be required to indemnify Finotive for claims, damages, losses, or legal costs arising from a breach or improper marketing activity.
