The Affiliate Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Affiliate Agreement are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
