A payout may be pending because KYC, Enhanced KYC, account review, payment checks, trading-rule review, or compliance checks are still being completed.
Payouts may also be delayed if open positions remain, a conditional rule is active, the account-specific minimum payout request requirement has not been met, or a breach investigation is pending.
Before contacting Support, check whether the correct minimum payout rule for your account type has been met, whether any Minimum Profitable Days are required, whether the cooldown has passed, whether KYC is complete, whether all positions are closed, and whether any dashboard metric is active.
