The FAQ is written to help traders understand the rules in plain English. It is designed for real-time support, help centre articles, and AI chatbot answers.
The Terms are the legal document. If there is any inconsistency between the Terms and an FAQ article, chatbot response, support message, dashboard tooltip, marketing page, blog post, archived content, social media post, or third-party description, the Terms prevail.
Section 7 of the Terms controls trading rules and account conduct if there is any inconsistency with a trader-facing explanation.
