The Services are available only to individuals who are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract in their country or place of residence.
Use of the Services is also subject to restricted jurisdictions, sanctions rules, payment-provider requirements, KYC, compliance review, and Finotive acceptance.
