The Services are not available to residents, persons located in, persons ordinarily operating from, or persons attempting to access or use the Services from a Restricted Jurisdiction. Restrictions apply to purchases, KYC, platform access, Dashboard access, Finotive Pay, Reward Payments, withdrawals, and continued account access.
Finotive may update the restricted list at any time based on sanctions, payment-provider requirements, legal risk, fraud risk, compliance requirements, operational limitations, or internal risk appetite.
