Yes. During Manual Review, Risk Review, Compliance Review, technical suspension, fraud review, or account-control review, Finotive may restrict account access or place the account into close-only mode.
During Manual Review, you may close and manage existing open positions, but you may not open new positions unless Finotive confirms otherwise.
