Instant Funding accounts cannot hold non-crypto positions over the weekend by default unless the Weekend Holding Add-On is active. Non-crypto positions must be closed before the Friday market close at 17:00:00 New York Time.
If the Weekend Holding Add-On is active, weekend holding is allowed subject to all other rules. For other account types, traders should still consider market closure, gaps, slippage, liquidity, and rule consequences.
