Instead of losing your account when you’re near the maximum drawdown, you can reset your balance back to the starting level by paying a refresh fee.
When is it available?
A refresh can only be requested when your account balance is within 10% of the Maximum Drawdown limit.
It is only available in the funded stage — not during the Challenge evaluation.
What does it do?
Resets your account balance back to the original starting equity.
Preserves your profit split rate and any progress made in the Scaling Plan.
Keeps your payout history intact — any profits already withdrawn remain yours.
Why is this a benefit for traders?
You don’t have to restart from Phase 1 or repurchase a brand-new Challenge account.
You protect your long-term funded status and avoid losing your trader profile.
It gives you breathing space to adjust strategy without being penalised for a bad run.
It’s a cheaper and faster route than starting the Challenge process again.
In short: a Funded Stage Refresh gives you a second chance to keep building on your journey, rather than wiping everything out for one mistake or a rough patch.
Important Note on Previous Refresh Balances
If you received an Account Refresh prior to 19th September 2025 and currently carry a negative refresh balance, this balance will be transferred to any newly purchased accounts.
Until the negative balance is cleared:
Profits on new accounts will be paid at 10%
The remaining 90% will be applied toward reducing the outstanding balance
Once the negative balance is fully repaid, your standard profit split will automatically be restored.
