The outcome depends on the rule, account type, account stage, and review findings. Some breaches are Hard Breaches and close the account immediately. Some are Soft Breaches and may result in warnings, Strikes, Reward Payment reduction, Account Reset, downgrade, or review.
Risk or Compliance reviews may also result in account clearance, conditions, Reward Payment delay, Reward Payment rejection, account closure, forfeiture, or another outcome based on findings.
