No. The Dashboard is designed to make account rules, review metrics, and risk indicators more visible. It does not override the Terms or create a separate rulebook.
Some metrics are real-time or near-real-time guidance. Other metrics may be manual review indicators, progression report findings, or payout-stage checks. The Dashboard should be used as support, not as a replacement for reading the Terms.
