A red or warning metric means the Dashboard is showing that a rule, risk indicator, or review metric may need attention. It does not always mean a Strike has been issued or that the account is closed.
Some conditions can be improved before a Reward Payment Request. Some may be manual review triggers. Some may already represent a confirmed breach. Read the specific article for the metric and check the account stage.
