Do not panic and do not immediately request a Reward Payment if the metric relates to a recoverable condition. First, read the related FAQ article, check the Dashboard explanation, and understand whether the issue is a real-time breach, a payout-stage condition, or a manual review indicator.
If you are unsure, contact Support before taking further action. Requesting a Reward Payment while a Conditional Strike condition remains active may reduce the Reward Payment to 10% or, if it would be the fifth Strike, close the account.
