What is Maximum Drawdown?

Explains static drawdown.

Maximum Drawdown restricts cumulative losses from the Initial Account Balance. It is static and does not trail upward with profits.

Open equity and floating losses are included. A Maximum Drawdown breach is a Hard Breach and results in immediate and permanent account closure. There is no warning and no Strike.
