The Notional Volume Limit controls the maximum permitted open notional exposure for the account. It is separate from platform leverage, margin usage, and buying power.
A trade may be permitted by margin but still exceed the Notional Volume Limit. The Dashboard Notional Volume Calculator should be checked before opening trades.
