A Minimum Profitable Day is a Trading Day where the Account Balance at 17:00:00 New York Time exceeds the previous Trading Day’s closing balance by at least 0.5% of the Initial Account Balance.
The Trading Day runs from 17:00:00 New York Time to 16:59:59 New York Time the following day. Opening trades or trading for a certain number of days does not automatically satisfy the rule.
