An Account Refresh is a paid option that may allow an eligible funded Challenge or funded Pro Account to restart under fresh conditions where the account is active and within the relevant drawdown conditions.
A Refresh is subject to Dashboard availability, payment of the applicable fee, and Finotive approval. Finotive may refuse, delay, or suspend a Reset or Refresh where repeated activity indicates abusive or non-replicable trading behaviour.
