Yes. Some Soft Breaches result in Reward Payment reduction to 10% for the relevant Payout Cycle. This can happen when a Strike is recorded on a funded or Instant account, or when a Conditional Strike condition remains unresolved at Reward Payment Request stage.
If the Strike would become the fifth cumulative Strike, the 10% reduced Reward Payment does not apply. The account is permanently closed and no Reward Payment, reduced Reward Payment, pending withdrawal, or Reward Split is issued for that cycle.
