During Manual Review, Finotive may restrict account access, place the account in close-only mode, pause Reward Payment processing, request additional information, or require a Risk or Compliance Verification Call.
Being placed under review does not automatically mean a breach has been confirmed. The review is used to assess the available information and make a final decision.
The account may be cleared.
The account may remain active subject to conditions.
A Reward Payment may be approved, delayed, reduced, or rejected.
The account may be closed.
Unpaid simulated profits may be forfeited.
Permanent exclusion may apply in serious cases.
Another decision may be made based on the findings.
