A Rapid Reset is not automatically available following every account breach or closure.
Eligibility may depend on:
Account type and account size.
Whether the account ended during Phase 1, Phase 2, or Funded Status.
The reason the account ended.
Trading and risk history.
Payment history.
Previous Rapid Reset use.
KYC and compliance status.
Allocation limits.
Account ownership or control concerns.
A Rapid Reset will not normally be available where an account was closed because of fraud, account sharing, Prohibited Behaviour or Strategy, chargeback activity, identity concerns, payment abuse, or another material breach.
Where you are eligible, the Rapid Reset option will appear directly in your Dashboard. Customer Support cannot guarantee, manually create, or extend an offer unless Finotive expressly approves it.
