Rapid Reset fees are generally non-refundable after the new account has been issued, activated, accessed, or traded.
A Rapid Reset fee pays for access to the specific restart or continuation route displayed in your Dashboard. It is not a payment for a guaranteed trading result.
A refund will not be available merely because:
The new account is later breached or closed.
The remaining objective is not completed.
The trader does not receive a Reward Payment.
The trader changes their mind after activation or access.
The trader disagrees with the price after completing payment.
Unless the applicable offer expressly states otherwise, Rapid Reset fees do not qualify for the normal Challenge account fee refund.
Any cancellation request made before the account is issued or accessed remains subject to the applicable cooling-off and cancellation provisions in the Terms.
