Sometimes a payout is flagged for risk review. While it’s being checked, your Dashboard will show Pending (no reason shown). After review, the status changes to Processed and—if applicable—the reduced amount is displayed.
How to dispute a reduction:
Watch for the email: You’ll receive an email with a detailed reason for any reduction (what was detected, which trades, and why).
Reply to that email directly (do not start a new thread): Explain why you believe it’s a mistake and include as much evidence as possible, such as:
Account ID and order/ticket IDs
Timestamps and instrument symbols
Screenshots of your trade history and parameters
A brief description of your strategy/context
Our Risk team will re-check the trades against the rule set (drawdowns, exposure, correlation/stacking, execution timing, news windows, slippage vs feed, EA behaviour, etc.) and confirm the outcome.
If you didn’t receive the email:
Check spam/junk.
Otherwise, email risk@finotivefunding.com from your registered address with your account ID and a concise summary of the issue (attach evidence where possible).
Timeline: We aim to review disputes promptly (typically within 24–48 hours) and will either restore the full payout or confirm the reduction with a clear explanation.
In short: Your Dashboard shows Pending during review; the reason arrives by email. Reply to that email (or contact risk@finotivefunding.com) with evidence, and our Risk team will re-check your trades and respond with a final decision.
