Most of these are simple to resolve with a few quick checks.
MT5 issues (trading platform):
No connection – check your internet connection first. If stable, try restarting MT5.
Invalid account – make sure you’re using the correct login (account ID, password, and server as shown in your Dashboard). The best approach is to copy and paste the password directly from your Finotive Dashboard to avoid typing errors.
Price feed delay – restart MT5 or refresh the symbols list (right-click → “Show All”).
Order not executing – confirm you’re within trading hours for that instrument, and that your lot size is within account limits.
Dashboard issues (Finotive Funding portal):
Not loading – clear your browser cache/cookies or try a different browser.
Incorrect balance/equity shown – refresh the page; if it persists, compare with MT5 for accuracy.
Features not working – ensure your browser is updated to the latest version.

The Dashboard is web-based — using Chrome or Edge is recommended for best performance.
In short: Restart MT5 or your browser, copy/paste your login details from the Dashboard, and if the issue persists, email support@finotivefunding.com with full details so we can help quickly.
