Once approved, your funds are sent instantly to your Finotive Pay account, where you can withdraw via bank transfer, Revolut, or crypto.
If your payout hasn’t arrived, here’s what to check:
Step 1 – Check your Dashboard
Make sure your payout request shows as Processed (not Pending).
If it’s still Pending, it may be under risk/compliance review — most are cleared within 24 hours.
Step 2 – Check Finotive Pay
Log in to your Finotive Pay account.
If the payout is visible there, it has been processed and is ready to withdraw.
If it’s not visible, contact support.
Step 3 – Check withdrawal method
Crypto – usually the fastest, but delays can occur if the blockchain is congested.
Bank wire – may take 2–5 business days depending on your bank.
Revolut – typically near-instant, but check your Revolut notifications.
When to contact support:
If your payout has been marked as Processed for more than 24 hours but still doesn’t show in Finotive Pay.
If your withdrawal from Finotive Pay hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe (2–5 days for bank, 1–24h for crypto, near-instant for Revolut).
