In general, fees are final and non-refundable unless the Terms specifically state that a refund is available, for instance if you havent traded the account, logged into the trading platform or accessed the service.
Fees are paid for access to Finotive services and account products. Refund rights depend on your account type, whether trading has started, whether the relevant refund conditions are met, and whether any breach has occurred.
Using a discount, promo code, or affiliate code does not create any additional refund rights.
