A Challenge account refund is only available if the refund conditions in the Terms are met.
At a high level, the refund is available where you achieve Funded Status and the account remains profitable on the thirtieth day after Funded Status is granted, provided no Hard Breach, fraudulent activity, or breach of the Terms prevents the refund.
If eligible, the refund is processed automatically and returned to the original payment method. The refund is not dependent on requesting or receiving your first payout.
